Now, ask yourself the same question…๐ง
What do people do for YOU that makes you feel better during those times? What do you look forward to everyday? Now do that for yourself. Dedicate one hour of your day to you. Thatโs less than 5% of your day! You DESERVE it. If you donโt wanna spend time with yourself, how can you expect others to want to?
You have to start with you, and be your own best friend. Pick yourself up. At the end of the day itโs just you. Depending on others primarily to do this will only result in depletion. .
Pay attention to if YOU are someone who drains you, not just other people. Pay attention to who fills your cup up. Get more of those people and be that for yourself. ๐
