⁣We are born ONLY feeling love for ourselves, so anything else you hear in your mind is NOT your authentic self!⁣⁣

⁣⁣Practicing getting away from negative self talk can look like taking these steps⤵️⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣1st: Identify some of the main statements you make to yourself in a day/week. Your job is that of an observer. 🕵🏼‍♀️ ⁣⁣
⁣⁣What are the most common things you say to yourself?⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣2nd: Write them down and when you notice them the most; situations, people, feelings/emotions that trigger these negative thoughts. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣3rd: What about this is familiar?
How long have you been saying it to yourself?
Who’s voice is it actually? ⁣⁣
⁣⁣(Ex.-my parents/siblings/teacher/coach/ex/boss said this to me) ⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣4th: Intentionally replace negative self-talk with neutral or positive affirmations, and repeat DAILY. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣5th: Experience a more fulfilling, joyful, meaningful, and balanced life. 😎 ⁣⁣
