My name is McKenzie Ryan and I play softball for the University of North Dakota. Prior to working with Lauren I was a new division one athlete who was struggling mentally. I wanted to please everyone from myself to my coaches and parents. I decided to work with Lauren because a family member recommended her to me, suggesting that we would relate well to one another. She also believed because of her athletic experience that she would be a huge help to me and what I was going through. Since working with Lauren my confidence has gone through the roof, as has my love of the game. I was able to find joy while playing again, and at the same time performing to the level I knew I was capable of. I just had a very successful summer season, and I am headed back to school with the intention of continuing to work with Lauren to prepare for the upcoming season!
