Hello my name is Jhoanna, I currently work for a bank call center. Before I started seeing Lauren, I was in a dark place. I felt like there was a dark cloud over my head all the time. Never seeing the good out of any situation, being pessimistic all the time. I suffer from anxiety and depression, and have been dealing with this ever since I could remember. I started seeing Lauren in February and it has been the best decision I have ever made.

For years my husband pushed me to go see a therapist and I wish I would have listened sooner. She really pushes you to be the very best version of yourself. I no longer feel like I have that dark cloud lingering over me anymore, I’m seeing the positive out of life, enjoying my family a lot more now. I’ve learned how to deal with my anxiety, and learned so much about how to be more positive. She has pushed me to think outside of the box and has encouraged me to work for myself.

Now I am on a journey to opening up my own business, and I know she will be here for the ride. Some advice I would give to someone wanting to work with Lauren is to have an open mind and trust her because she knows what she is talking about.
